About the George

The George Inn is an 18th-century inn in the beautiful village of Babraham near Cambridge. Dating back to 1764 the building was originally a Coaching Inn, before opening as a public house in 1778. Today, The George remains a welcoming place for locals and visitors alike, serving delicious home cooked food in relaxed, comfortable surroundings.

As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on a friendly atmosphere and personal service.
