Scrumptious food in a lovely spacious setting. The staff were very friendly and we will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely pub. Very friendly service and the food looked and smells beautiful. We didn’t eat today but will definitely be going back to sample the menu. Very nice cozy feel and clean and tidy throughout. Highly recommended

We had a great time here. The food was yummy with especially large portions of chips! They have outdoor seating areas infront and behind the main bar and you can bring your dogs.

We have been at the George quite a few times. Our favourite pub by far and its local! Food and service are amazing. The fish and chips is like a shark size! Our favourite dish is Deli Burger by far. Desert is always brownie.

Have now been 3 times twice with my daughter and once with my son and daughter the food was excellent and plentiful the beer was of a very high standard the staff were very pleasant and helpful will definitely be going back.

Lovely and friendly pub. A beautiful beer garden that reminds you of English summers of old. A great looking menu and a well pulled pint.

Food is fantastic. Had a deli burger. Patty was clearly home made and delicious. Well put together burger no need for extra sauces. Chips were amazing and onion rings to die for, both of which were ideal for mopping up the lovely beef dripping gravy. Service was fast and polite and beer very good. Will go again.

The pub was full for indoor lunch on a Sunday. Good food served efficiently by friendly staff. Glad we booked in advance. Pleasant surroundings. Will stay on our favourites list.

Very nice little pub. The first thing we spotted was the fire crackling on the cold night that we went in for a meal. Staff were friendly and genuine. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to go there again.
